Hi,
 
I am new to Image J and have also just downloaded a trial of Origin 8 graphing software.  Are they compatible, i.e. can I import data from Image J into origin 8 to make graphs? I am working with fluorescent cells in microchannels, any insight appreciated!

Jane,

I've never used origin but you should be able to move data by way of a
delimited text file
