Dear sir/ma'am,
                   I was using the imageJ software for assesing the rat sperm motility,
but was unable to do it since the CASA plugin does not recognize the rat sperm head. although i m able to get the sperm track by manual tracker
and MtrackJ plugin, but the motility parameters are not measurable.
do you have any other plugin source or software like sperm tracker that I can use?
