Hello,
I am relatively new at using the ImageJ software and I am wondering if
there is any way you can help me out. My project involves analyzing a large
some of images, roughly 100-200, using the FracLac pluggin. I am wondering
if you know of any macros that will allow me to normalize a batch of
images, which I can later apply to FracLac for further analysis. If you
know of any such macros please let me know at your earliest convenience.
Thank you and have a wonderful day.

Hi Eithan,

it depends what 'normalizing' refers to.

If you want to analyze the images as grayscale images, is it setting suitable brightness&contrast?
And if so, there are several methods to set them.  Some of these are called flicker correction or deflicker - an internet search engine will help you finding suitable macros or plugins (usually for normalizing stacks).  You can normalize to get e.g. same mean and standard deviation of the grayscale, but this will make sense only for some types of images.

If you want to analyze the images as binary images, it's a question of thresholding - have a look which of the ImageJ built-in methods of autothresholding work best.
