Announcement: Update Site for MiToBo

Birgit Möller
Hello everybody!
We are happy to announce that our toolbox MiToBo is now directly available in Fiji via a new update site, http://sites.imagej.net/MiToBo/. MiToBo is a collection of basic and advanced image processing operators (e.g., for filtering, morphological operations, segmentation, etc.) and also includes some specialized and sophisticated applications for microscopy image analysis, e.g., dedicated to neurite image analysis, scratch assay segmentation, actin fibres quantification, nuclei detection and cell tracking. In addition MiToBo now includes an extended version of the cell counter plugin (http://fiji.sc/Cell_Counter). MiToBo's extended version offers an automatic pre-segmentation of spot-like structures, freely configurable marker colors, and keyboard shortcuts for most editing operations. More detailed information on MiToBo and its features can be found on its website http://www.informatik.uni-halle.de/mitobo/.

Best regards,

 Birgit

Cool. I made a placeholder page on the wiki for it:
* http://imagej.net/MiToBo

I also made a page redirect from Alida -> MiToBo as well.

Feel free to edit/improve if desired.

Regards,
Curtis
