object tracking on live image

Philippe GENDRE
Dear ImageJ list,

I would like to know if a plugin able to track a predefined ROI (a moving
object) from a camera live stream of images exists ?

Thanks,

Philippe GENDRE

This may be a problem if you are using a Windows OS as they are not well
known for being real time friendly. Even when raw speed isn't an issue,
Windows may suddenly go off an do something other than run you app. I don't
know if UNIX has this problem. When I was still working, we would use
special real time OS's such as VXworks.

Dear list, I have a similar question. I need to be able to track an ROI in
a time lapse while measuring the fluorescence intensity using the
Multimeasure plugin. Is there a plugin or script that will allow me to
perform this movement correction?

Thanks, Nico.
