java heap space with advanced weka segmentation

Hi every body,

when I use the WekaSegmentation java class in order to load a classifier
and classify one of my images I get a "java heap space" exception. If I use
the classifier with the plugin in Fiji, no errors is risen...

Did I forget some code to handle the lake of memory?

Hello David,

How much memory did you reserve when launching Fiji? (Edit > Options >
Memory & Threads > Maximum Memory)

And how large are the classifier and the image? Did you use many features?
