I have a number of micrograph images modified with lines and colored outlines in NIH Image 1.6 on a Mac running OS 9.2. Image J on a PC with Win XP as well as Mac running OS X will open these files but without the modifications ie. no lines or colored sections. Could someone please explain why and how to fix it? Thanks for your help.
