problem with stitching

SUBSCRIBE IMAGEJ Sara Trova
Hi,
I have the latter version of stitching "Stitching_-2.0.0-SNAPSHOT". Recently, I had some problems with the plugin:"Grid/Collection stitching". I want to produce an image stack  from an input sequence of tiles with 3 Z-planes (or stacks). The output is not good because in the first Z-plane there is only one image of the entire grid, (more precisely in the top right) and in the other two Z-planes there are all the images of the tile scan located in the correct position.
How I can have all the images of the tile scan also in the first Z-plane?
Thank you,
Sara

Re: problem with stitching

Hi Sara,

sorry, I do not understand the question. I cannot reproduce the error based on your description. Could you please explain in detail:

- which options you chose in the dialog
- how your images exactly look like (dimensions, pixel type, etc)
- what is the output of the algorithm in log window
- maybe a screenshot?

Nice greetings,
Stephan

Dear Stephan,
in the previous e-mail I forgot to say that the screenshot attached has these dimensions:
X= 1
Y= 4

Thanks you again,
Sara
