problem with zvi files

Sho Fujisawa
I'm having issues opening zvi files with Bio-Formats plugin.

The file contains two channels: a nuclear DAPI image and blood vessels in green (Meca32). Unfortunately, the listserver won't let me attach the said zvi file...

However, when I open it with Fiji/ImageJ, my green channel looks exactly like nuclear DAPI, just in green color.

I have the latest version, fully updated. Same thing happens in both "modern" and "legacy" modes. I used to be able to open zvi files fine. Did something happen??

You can contact me personally, and I can attach the zvi file for you to take a look at...

This was a bug in Bio-Formats, and was recently fixed.  The 5.0.0-beta1
version and "trunk" builds available from:

http://www.openmicroscopy.org/site/products/bio-formats/downloads

should not have this problem.

-Melissa
