Hi All,
I am doing FRAP analysis in intact drosophila larval brain expressing
GFP-tagged protein using CLSM. I have obtained a biphasic recovery curve in
wild type and rescue stocks. The second recovery phase is completely absent
in the mutants whereas the initial recovery phase is greatly reduced.
Qualitatively, I clearly observe a difference between the mutants and wild
type. I am stuck up in deciding the right way to quantitate it.
I would be grateful if anyone of you can suggest me ways to calculate the
rate of flux of my protein and analyse it quantitatively.
Thanks in advance !
