Hello,
I wonder if somebody knows how to read data from a Concord Microsystem PET scanner. Files are in proprietary ".img" format. Thanks in advance. It should be fairly easy to make a reader based on the Analyze 7.5 reader. I know that Amide includes a reader, so you could get a start from that code (http://amide.sourceforge.net). Mike |

Perhaps a coincidence, but the Nuclear Med. Interfile format uses an ASCII .hdr header and .img data file format. Tony Parker has written a reader Plugin available thru the ImageJ Plugin page.

The files composed by a .img and a .hdr file are usually files in Analyze
format (very common). The Analyze reader and Analyze writer plugins are available in the ImageJ plugins website. Pedro Pedro Ramos Cabrer Max Planck Institute for Neurological Research Gleueler str. 50 D-50931 Cologne Germany Phone: +49 221 4726 339 Fax: +49 221 4726 337 [hidden email] |

A combination of a .hdr and a .img file from a PET scanner suggests the
(Nuclear Medicine) Interfile standard. See http://www.keston.com/Interfile/interfile.htm for details Alan At 21:56 31/08/2005, Michael A.
