hello all,
I need to know more about the outputs the register_roi_mi plugin generates for a stack of images.
The output comprises of the Registered stack along with x and y translation graphs in pixel units with respect to slice duration.
I need to know more about the context of these outputs and as to how can they help me get a conclusion.
Isn't there a manual or something for this thing?
