Hi Tischi,
Are you familiar with FCS Express Image Cytometry yet? We just released ImageJ compatibility and an export to FCS Express macro so you can look at your ImageJ segmented data from plate based assays, single image based assays, and montage imaged assays. The software allows visualization of your data with heat maps, dot plots, density plots, contour plots, histograms and all of the plots are interactive with the images...ie you can select dots from a dot plot, bins in a histogram, etc...etc.... and see which cells they represent in the image or which well they come from in the heat map. We are going to be announcing an ImageJ compatibility webinar later this month but if you want to have a look in the meantime check out our example applications at
http://www.denovosoftware.com/site/ImageApplicationExamples.shtml and scroll down to the ImageJ segmentation sections for high content and single images.

Subject: screening visualisation using imagej
Hello,
does anyone know about someone using ImageJ to look at "Image-based Microscopy Screens".
with this i mean for instance:
- generating per plate HeatMaps from a given measurement and one could click on the heat-map and get to see the raw images.
- or take many images and make a per plate merge/stitch overview image
- or just other nice tools to browse huge amounts of images..
- ..
i know that CellProfilerAnalyst is pretty much doing the job, but it has some limitations, e.g. it does not support the visualization of time-lapse...
