sholl analysis - color bar

MicheleB
Hi All

I'm using the sholl analysis plugin in Fiji to perform a sholl analysis on my traced neurons. I managed to get nice pictures of neurons with branches color-coded according to their degree of ramification (blue few intersections, red many intersections) as clearly shown in http://fiji.sc/Sholl_Analysis. However, I couldn't find a way to get the associated color bar explaining the meaning of the colors (as in the illustrative figure in http://fiji.sc/Sholl_Analysis) .
Any suggestion on how to draw such color bar?

Thanks

Michele

Hi Michele,

Use the Analyze▷Tools▷Calibration Bar... command[1] as suggested in http://fiji.sc/Sholl_Analysis#Output_Options
