Hello,
I am having problems sorting a DICOM series using the
options currently available for ImageJ.
I have a series of DICOM images obtained on a Siemens
MRI scanner which is made up of several different
slice locations. At each slice location I have several
time points. And for each time point I have 3
different encoding directions.
I had tried to modify the DICOM_Sort plugin to be able
to sort by slice location but was unable to get it to
run. Does anyone have experience with this sort of
problem? I know where the slice position is in the
header, but had problems with getting the sorting to
run.
