I have a recurring problem with the "Sigma" filter found in Tony
Collins' MBCF ImageJ. I cannot find the corresponding isolated plugin,
and I don't think this filter is included in the official distribution.
When I want to trigger this plugin from a macro, I have to specify a
kernel size argument that has the format (NxN) where n is an integer.
But the "x" character between the two integers is a special character,
like a superscript x that is well recorded by the macro recorder, but
not well recognized when a .txt macro file is opened by ImageJ for
editing or running. So it's replaced by a cabalistic string and the
macro fails inevitably.
Any idea ? Why not replace this character by a regular x ? Or tell me
how to type this character ? I'm on Mac OSX 10.4.10 using ImageJ 1.39d
under Java 1.5.0_07.
Thanks !
