Hello,
One way I know is to measure the centroid of the given circular ROI, which
will give the X,Y coordinates. Then place the point tool at the point
having those coordinates and to add in ROI manager. Make sure you check
'show all' option. Then you can easily draw the radius from that point by
line selection.
I don't know if there is any better way to do it, but this is how I do it.
