Hi all,
Hope all are doing good in COVID-19 situation. I wanted some help about stitching or exporting separate video files (2- 3) together to represent as a single file as shown in journals. Any idea how to do that from image J? Kindly let me know Thanking you Dipanjana -- Dr. Dipanjana Ghosh Prev: Post doctoral Research Fellow Department of Biological Sciences National University of Singapore Singapore -- ImageJ mailing list: http://imagej.nih.gov/ij/list.html |
Dear Dipanjana
You can use Image > Stacks > Tools > Combine for this. Best wishes Kees ________________________________ Hi all, Hope all are doing good in COVID-19 situation. Hi all,
In continuation to my previous query, how to add scale bars at 3 different location of the stitched stacks? If I am inserting scale bars before stitching, they are going away after stitching. So after combining 3 stacks I want to add scale bars at right corner of each individual set of stacks. Is that possible? Dear Dipanjana,
Probably, Make a selection/ROI where you want to add a scale bar. Using Analyze > Tools > Scale Bar.... you have the option under Location to select "At Selection" and a scale bar will be placed where the ROI is. If "Overlay" is selected the scale bar will be in the overlay on the image; if deselected it will be burned in the image and cannot be removed but will show up when the image is opened in other software. Best wishes Kees ________________________________ Hi all, In continuation to my previous query, how to add scale bars at 3 different location of the stitched stacks?
