Unlikely. You are reporting a difference between two specific *machines*, but
assume that the difference is solely due to the *CPU family* while the rest is
the same. I do not think that the comparison is fair.
Other things matter a lot: motherboard design, clock speed (there is ~ 1GHz
difference!), number of cores, drive (rpm? SSD? ) that you are loading the
data from, RAM speed, CPU configuration, IJ version, Java version, video
drivers and probably many others all might be contributing to the performance
too.
