I noticed in ImageJ 1.38k that tabbing through all open windows has been resurrected - ahh, good.
Unfortunately, under Mac OS 10.4.8 (and perhaps elsewhere), once a histogram window becomes frontmost, continued tabbing cycles through the various buttons within the histogram window, rather than continuing on to other image windows. One other comment on window/image cycling: I often lose sight of the ImageJ application window, and miss the ability to pull it to the front using the "Enter" key. Is there currently any way to bring this window to the front via via the keyboard? Thanks. Bill Christens-Barry |

Same in linux, but I was not too surprised as this seems to be the standard way to jump between items in dialogs. BTW, not sure how other OSs deal with this, but in linux CTRL tab: cycles desktops ALT tab: cycles though the windows (so it cycles through images too) > One other comment on window/image cycling: I often lose sight of the ImageJ > application window, and miss the ability to pull it to the front using the > "Enter" key. In-window cycling among dialog widgets via tab doesn't surprise me, and is a welcome behavior.
On my machine (MacBook Pro/C2D/10.4.8/Java 1.5.0_07-164), the "Enter" key doesn't top the app window as it once did, nor does the "Return" key. After Wayne's response that the "Return" key should top the app window, I'm wondering if it's my local key bindings.
