transformation of local gray level variance to local image intensity

I would like to find a plug-in that converts local variance or standard
deviation of nearby pixels gray level to local pixels intensity.

Hi Alex,

why not use ImageJ process>Filters>Variance with a radius of 0.5
or 1?
