user interface bug in imagej/fiji

Miroslav Radojevic
Hello ImageJ users,
This error message appears upon closing the ImageJ window in Ubuntu
14.04 (pasted below) with Oracle's java 1.7. The very same error pops up
in case some plugins (such as Snakuscules and most likely some other
plugins) so that they cannot be used at all (they just crash). Any hints
on fixing this? Previous Ubuntu 13.10 did not have this issue. The same
happens with Fiji (I've noticed a bug ticket on this issue here
http://fiji.sc/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=822). Would be nice if anyone
has a hint on fixing this problem at least temporarily.

I get that error in IJ1 with OpenJDK 1.7 (the default in opensuse linux) but
not with Oracle 1.6 or 1.8 (I haven't tried Oracle 1.7).

Indeed Oracle Java 1.8 does not give the error, thank you.
