why deconvolution work so slowly ?

chen li
Hi all,

I use WCIF ImageJ and play around with deconvolution
plugin. I follow the steps  on how to use the plugin
(http://www.uhnresearch.ca/facilities/wcif/imagej/12_deconvolution.htm).

When I perform the following step

Run: "Plugins/Deconvolution/Iterative Deconvolve 3D".

my computer always dies. I wonder what is going on?

Thank you very much,

Li

Li,

The Iterative Deconvolve 3D plugin uses a lot of memory.  You might try
smaller image and PSF stacks.
