Hi,
I have an xyzt file, I did time lapse and also Z stack, so for each
time point (total of 36) I have 7 figures corresponding to different Z
planes. I have to choose the best focus for each time point and then
create a temporal stack (xyt).
Using the plugin "Hypervolume Shuffer" I could create xyz stacks from
the xyzt ones. Now for each one I have to use the plugin "Extended Depth
of Field" to select the best focus and finally combine the resulting 36
figures in a temporal stack (using Image/Stacks/Convert Images to
Stack).
My question is: how could I do to create a loop or something in order
to have an automatic procedure, I mean to apply the "Extended Depth of
Field" plugin to all the stacks generated by the "Hypervolume Shuffer"
plugin?
