Re: ImageJ for particle morphology

Nirendra Mustafi
Hi all,

I'm using ImageJ for scanning electron microscopy and transmission
electron microscopy investigation for diesel engine exhaust particle
morphological studies. However, being a new user for the software I'm
not very aware of all the features that ImageJ has. Can anyone tell me
how to measure radius of gyration of particle or fractal dimensions for
a particle or an particle-agglomerate which is composed of several
single particles.

Regards and looking forward for a helpful response
