yellow channel

Hi,
 
In Plugins/Colocalization Analysis/Intensity Correlation Analysis", the
pop-up window has a channel combination which provides three options -
Red:Green, Red:Blue, Green:Blue. Is there a way (or a plugin) to make it
adapt yellow?
