z code plugin in xyzt series

Maria Calvo
Dear all,
We have 4D series xyzt (pe: 5z) .We would like to make z projection (in
each timepoint) preserving z information with z code plugin (that gives
different color to each z position ). We only manage to do z code in one
timepoint. How can it be done in the whole time serie? We would like to
do then z project (maximum projection) to preserve z information along time.
Thank you in advance,
Maria Calvo

I believe Image 5D does this.

HI Mario,

This works for one timepoint. http://www.macbiophotonics.ca/imagej/z.htm#z_code
You should be able to adapt it or use it in a macro.

The plugin is bundled in MBF ImageJ from here:
http://www.macbiophotonics.ca/downloads.htm

Let me know if you have trouble accessing it. Our website has been a bit flakey lately - and I can never tell from where I am "inside".

Regards,
Tony
