Building ImageJ source code

Hi,

I am new to ImageJ and java. Is there an instructions to build ij.jar and
ImageJ.exe from the source provided.

I builded ij.jar file from NetBeans and placed in a folder that existed
ImageJ.exe.
When I run the ImageJ.exe, it's saying that "Could not find the main class:
ij.ImageJ"
Can any one offer some help!

Did you read this?

For ij.jar, the repository you want to clone is here:
    https://github.com/imagej/ImageJA/

For the ImageJ Launcher, the code lives at:
    https://github.com/imagej/imagej-launcher

But it is native code which builds via Maven's NAR plugin, so is a bit
trickier to work with, particularly from IDEs. (IIRC, there is also an
ImageJ.exe which ships with ImageJ 1.x—I do not know where that launcher's
source lives, nor even if it is open source.)
