Mouse Wheel Zoom

Hi,

Zooming and panning is tricky in ImageJ.
Is there any specific reason that not support mouse wheel zoom and pan
while mouse drag like google maps?
Or this feature is there in a hidden hotkey combination?
Anyone has any clue?

At least in linux it is not.
Zoom = Ctr+wheel
Panning = press bar
