Greetings!
I would like to calculate the percentage of each subgroup from a result table. For example, the total numbers of each cell cycle phase to the total cells. 1. % of G0-G1 2. % of S 3. % of G2 4. % of late M 5. % of early M I searched some macros and tried to modified some parameters , but I cannot make a one to extract those data from the result. Could someone teach me or write a sample that I can follow them. Any suggestion would be appreciated. best, chin |
If you'd like to summarise a whole column from a custom results table
then the following may be useful. http://imagejdocu.tudor.lu/doku.php?id=macro:calculating_stats_from_a_results_table On 20/03/14 10:13, chin wrote: > Greetings! > > I would like to calculate the percentage of each subgroup from a result > table. Dear Chin , maybe the solution (and as good investment for the future) could be to save the results table and open it with a data analysis software like R (even excel by a direct copy and past), it will allow you to calculate all kind of parameters, filter your data by name, type, a substring of the name, make statistics, automatize calculus, etc...
At the begining R could be a little dificult to use but there are plenty of documents (free !) in the web to help you.
