Colocalization analysis

Adam Mace
Hi, I am just wondering if there is any way to quantify colocalization between to IF stains when one antigen is nuclear and the other is cytoplasmic?  So far I have only been able to use the ImageJ plugins I have found for two nuclear or two cytoplasmic stains.  Any help is much appreciated!

Maybe you could clarify what it is you wish to do.  If one stain is only
in the nucleus and the other is only in the cytoplasm, by definition the
co-localization is zero.
