Drawing ROI macro

saisandep
Hi,

I work with SPECT and CT based images of phantoms and patients. I use imagej for quantification studies. I draw mz ROI's manually and perform my studies but this is very tedious when it comes to many studies. I would like to know if it is possible to have a macro for this. one of the major problems i face is that the region of interest i have keep changing with each slice and to draw freed hand ROI in this case is a major problem. is there a possibility to write a macro so that i can acheive this?

Hi there,

it's hard to understand what you are trying to do without a sample image. ROI can be drawn around an object or particle that has been threshold and identified using the particle analyser plugin.

Please post some images to see if I can help.

Cheers,
