Hi,
I have 4D stacks from a leica confocal (.LIF). I can import them, treat
the images (smooth, contrast etc) and read them as a 4D stack using the
image5D plugin. Now I would like to save them back into a stack file
that could be loaded by volocity to do the 3D tracking part.
Can I save the 4Dstack as a OME-tiff ?
