I'm trying to extract the XY co-ordiantes of the outlines for a number of particles in an image, but for further analysis I need each particle to be separated (prefereably by a 0 value) in the text output.
I'm currently using the Save XY coordinates Tool having run a Analyze Particles funtion to give me the outlines (after thresholding etc.)
The output gives me the coordinates for all the particles in a continuous list, and since I have quite a number of particles I don't want to have to manually separate out each particle. Does any one have any suggestions to export this data but with a delimiter value placed after each particle?
