I think by 'keywords' you might be thinking of the API. You can check out
here (
http://rsb.info.nih.gov/ij/developer/api/). ImageJ is mostly a Java
platform as far as I know, which is not the same as javascript.
You can probably do this through the ImageJ application instead of going
down to the API level, although I'm not sure how offhand. I'd recommend
using the Macro Recorder feature in the GUI, and it will write out the
sequence of commands necessary to run this operation as a macro in headless
mode, if that is your intended application.
