How to get the coordinate with hough center plugin?

Hello,
I have to analyse a huge amount of diffraction patterns and to find the center of the x-ray beam. I am using the hough center plugin which seems quite promising but unfortunately it generates a report with the coordinates of the center in a specific window. Then I have to analyse my data one by one and I can not create any macro. Does anyone know how to modify the plugin by creating a point of ROI with the coordinates of the specific center?
