MIJ

Hi all, and Happy new year!

i want to use MIJ, to a bi-directional communication between ImageJ and
Matlab...but it doesn't work! In the Matlab command window, MIJ.start
command doesn't work..i have Matlab r2012b...is that a problem?

Please have a look whether there are some error messages in the console.

Alternatively, you can try Fiji's adaptation of MIJ called Miji
(http://fiji.sc/Miji).

Have you tried the instructions on http://bigwww.epfl.ch/sage/soft/mij/ ? I did and it worked.
