Making your threshold the ROI

Perry, Griffin M
Dear ImageJ Enthusiasts and Part-Timers,

Once I threshold a grayscale image, how can I select the thresholded
area(s) as a ROI(s).  Is there an easier way than selecting each one
individually?  I'm dealing with 1000's of punctate ROIs and any help
would be appreciated.

You can use the Edit>Selection>Create Selection menu command.

Use analyze particles with record starts option. After that you can use
either the Add Particles option in MultiMeasure plugin or Add Particles
option of the Latest ROI Manager (ImageJ version 1.37q). Also you can search
the ImageJ List to get a macro that Wayne wrote for someone.

So I have found Wayne's macro ROIManagerAddParticles_.txt.  However, it
wants to run("Blobs (25K)").  How would I edit this to run(active
window)?
