I am attempting to do particle counts in a specific region on a data set that includes several hundred
images. The macro is working fine, but I've traced an image-to-image sine pattern in my results to
the actual data- it seems that when this high speed footage was recorded, the pulsed laser used for
illumination was out of sync with the shutter. This caused all of the "odd" numbered images to
appear brighter (and thus have higher particle counts) than the "even" numbered images (which consequentially have a lower particle count.)
Is there any way that ImageJ can batch "normalize" the images to the same intensity?
