Hi all,
I solved the problems by disabling the visual effects unter Ubuntu.
Right click on the desktop, click "Change Desktop Background" and
then use the "Visual Effects" tab. You get 3 buttons, "None", "Normal" and
"Extra". If you use "None", all effects are disabled and ImageJ works fine.
Maybe it helps to disable some specific effects inside the System->Preferences->CompoizConfig Settings Manager,
but at the moment I don't know which effects this could be.
Kind regards,
Danny.
