RGB Image Segmentation

Hi everyone,

My images are RGB color images, and I want to find plugin for unsupervised segmentation, it would be better if it can segment both 2D and 3D images, but at least 2D. Could anyone recommend me some plugins?
P.S. I have tried weka, but there is no place to input specific parameters.
