Hi,
We have used the snake plugin to obtain the Fourier coefficients of the
contour for different specimens. We are using digital images of otoliths, which
are calcified structures in inner ear of fish, similar to small stones with
irregular contour. However since there may be changes on otolith´s pose, it is
necessary to normalize the Fourier coefficients that are outputs from the snake
Plugin. We would like some help on software that normalizes the Fourier
coefficients that are available for each otolith.
