Dear All,
I've updated my Fiji Installation today and cannot view all the ROIs on my images by ticking the "Show all" box in the ROI Manager. If the ROIs are selected individually, they show up properly on the image, but "show all" seems to hide them all. I have a single slice image.. Thank you for any info regarding this behavior or if you can replicate it. Is there a plugin or any other way I can do this? Any help or material will be extremely appreciated. Hi Oli and all,
it seems that ROI Manager 'Show All' does not work if the "Associate 'Show All' ROIs with Slices" option is set in Roi Manager More>>Options. With this checkbox, one might expect that only the rois associated with the current slice are displayed with 'show all', but it seems that 'show all' shows nothing at all, even if there is only one slice. Hi Michael,
Thanks for the reply. Unchecking "Associate 'Show All ROIs' with Slices" solves the problem indeed, albeit temporarily. That option is very useful :) All the best, Oli Olivier Burri Engineer - Image Processing & Software Development EPFL - SV - PTECH - PTBIOP -----Original Message----- From: Michael Schmid [mailto:[hidden email]] Sent: lundi 25 mars 2013 16:08 To: ImageJ Interest Group; Burri Olivier Cc: Michael Schmid Subject: Re: "Show all ROIs" broken since Hi Oli and all, it seems that ROI Manager 'Show All' does not work if the "Associate 'Show All' ROIs with Slices" option is set in Roi Manager More>>Options.
