Tomography

LMAnovitz
Can anyone tell me what the options may be for using ImageJ to process data for
X-ray or neutron tomography ?  I have seen TOMOJ, but  it appears
To be oriented towards TEM electron tomography and I'm not sure if it will apply.

The X-ray images will be obtained using an Xradia MicroXCT scanner, the neutron images
Using one of the beam lines at HFIR/ORNL (this work is in progress).

Many thanks for the advice.

Re: Tomography

Dale Thayer-2
When you say processing, do you mean doing the reconstruction from the raw data,
or just displaying the 3D dataset created by Xradia?

  Hi Larry,

I am currently developing such a tool which we will put open-source
soon. We have all kinds of reconstruction algorithms and also CUDA
accelerated Forward and Backward projection.

Write me, if you want to know more.

Best,

Andreas
