When you say processing, do you mean doing the reconstruction from the raw data,
or just displaying the 3D dataset created by Xradia?

Can anyone tell me what the options may be for using ImageJ to process data for
X-ray or neutron tomography ? I have seen TOMOJ, but it appears
To be oriented towards TEM electron tomography and I'm not sure if it will
apply.
The X-ray images will be obtained using an Xradia MicroXCT scanner, the neutron
images
Using one of the beam lines at HFIR/ORNL (this work is in progress).
Many thanks for the advice.
