correcting for perspective

lucas418
Hi: I'm trying to use ImageJ to measure lengths within an image. Is there
a way to correct for perspective? Many thanks.

Re: correcting for perspective

Jonathan Hilmer
Here's one page on camera calibration: http://kwon3d.com/theory/calib.html

And some basic theory and implementation details can be found in Tyson
Hilmer's senior thesis, which uses video:

hi  Simon

You can do it by using image j
Go through following link

http://rsbweb.nih.gov/ij/docs/examples/index.html

Area Measurements and Particle Counting

Dont confuse with sign

u=used for micro
m=mili
