Hi!
I want to transform a serial dynamic frames (i.e. 300 frames 64*64 16 bit) in summed dynamic : 30 frames and each one is a 10 frames sum (new frame 1 = sum from 1 to 10 initial frames; new frame 2 = sum from 11 to 20...) thanks for your help gerard maurel saint antoine hospital paris france 331 4928 2807 |
Dear Gerard,
I think that the Grouped Z projector plugin might achieve exactly that. you can get it from: http://rsb.info.nih.gov/ij/plugins/group.html Jerome On Sat, Feb 7, 2009 at 10:35 AM, maurel gerard <[hidden email]>wrote: > Hi! > I want to transform a serial dynamic frames (i.e. 300 frames 64*64 16 bit) > in summed dynamic : > 30 frames and each one is a 10 frames sum (new frame 1 = sum from 1 to 10 > initial frames; new frame 2 = sum from 11 to 20...) > thanks for your help > gerard maurel > saint antoine hospital paris france 331 4928 2807 > |

Hi Gerard,
a plugin to concatenate one dynamic serial slices to another That's a job for the concatenator plugin: http://rsb.info.nih.gov/ij/plugins/concatenator.html Many other interesting plugins related to image stacks are listed under the 'stacks' section of the plugins page at: http://rsb.info.nih.gov/ij/plugins/index.html Jerome. Hi Jerome
Thanks one more time the stacks section of the plugins page is exactly the solution for all my problems gerard maurel ----- Message d'origine ----- De: Jerome Mutterer <[hidden email]> Date: Dimanche, Février 8, 2009 1:02 pm Objet: Re: Re : Re: how to compress dynamic dicom file À: [hidden email] > Hi Gerard, > > a plugin to concatenate one dynamic serial slices to another > > > That's a job for the concatenator plugin: > http://rsb.info.nih.gov/ij/plugins/concatenator.html > > Many other interesting plugins related to image stacks are listed > under the > 'stacks' section > of the plugins page at: http://rsb.info.nih.gov/ij/plugins/index.html > > Jerome. > > On Sun, Feb 8, 2009 at 11:28 AM, maurel gerard > <[hidden email]>wrote: > > Thanks a lot > > it is straigthforward > > > > Another question if possible : > > do you know a plugin to concatenate one dynamic serial slices to > another> one ? > > thanks for your help > > > > gerard maurel > > > > ----- Message d'origine ----- > > De: Jerome Mutterer <[hidden email] > > >javascript:parent.send('smtp') > > Date: Samedi, Février 7, 2009 1:59 pm > > Objet: Re: how to compress dynamic dicom file > > À: [hidden email] > > > > > Dear Gerard, > > > I think that the Grouped Z projector plugin might achieve exactly > > > that. you > > > can get it from: > > > http://rsb.info.nih.gov/ij/plugins/group.html > > > > > > Jerome > > > > > > On Sat, Feb 7, 2009 at 10:35 AM, maurel gerard > > > <[hidden email]>wrote: > > > > Hi! > > > > I want to transform a serial dynamic frames (i.e. 300 frames > > > 64*64 16 bit) > > > > in summed dynamic : > > > > 30 frames and each one is a 10 frames sum (new frame 1 = sum > from> > 1 to 10 > > > > initial frames; new frame 2 = sum from 11 to 20...) > > > > thanks for your help > > > > gerard maurel > > > > saint antoine hospital paris france 331 4928 2807 > > > > > > > > > > > > > > |
