macros writing

Arianna-2
Hello,
I'm using ImageJ for blood vessel morphological studies and for TUNEL+ cells
count. I have tried to write a macro through the ImageJ comand
Plugins>macro>record but it doesn't work properly! Being a new user of
ImageJ, is anyone able to tell me what could be the problem? Are macros
reliable?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thankyou

Arianna

Re: macros writing

Hi,

Macros are certainly reliable!

Could you show us what you were trying to record, or perhaps elaborate more
on how it doesn't work properly? If you're getting error messages we'd like
to know about them to better help :-)

Also if you're having problems in the underlying processing, it helps to
post a few links to sample pictures.

Hi Arianna,

"it doesn´t work properly" is, ehmm, a bit on the low side of information
about what exactly goes wrong,
can you give a short step by step description what you tried.

Yes, macros are generally very reliable!
