multi-measure feature can not handle more than 100-150 ROIs at a time

Rigo Pantoja
Hello Folks,

Does anyone know why the multi-measure feature can not handle more than
100-150 ROIs at a time.  Presently, I have  to process my data in 100 ROI
bunches.

Thanks,

R

R,

Are you referring to the new Multi Measure function in ROI manager in
ImageJ or to the Multi_Measure plugin on my site?

Bob,

I encounter the same bug with both.  Thanks,

Rigo

This bug is fixed in ImageJ 1.38u, which is now available. It caused
both the ROI Manager "Multi Measure" function (added in 1.38m) and the
Multi_Measure plugin to sometimes fail when measuring a large number of
selections.

Hi Wayne,

I thought the limiting factor was the 150 columns in results table. Is that
fixed ? Because I was trying to circumvent that problem in my new verion of
timeseries analyzer.

Re: multi-measure feature can not handle more than 100-150 ROIs at a time

Wayne Rasband
It is fixed. There is no longer an arbitrary limit to the number of
results table columns.
