Hi,

I'm using Fiji and to crop a stack I wanted to use the function

transform - TJ crop

but I always get an "unidentified error"

What's the matter?

Thank you ,

I cannot reproduce. You may want to provide a more precise recipe,
otherwise nobody will be able to help you.

Note that it might be very difficult to help you in any case, because
TransformJ is closed source.

Ciao,

The Image>Crop command in ImageJ will crop a stack.

Hi, everybody!

Thank you all so much for your help.
I've got it now.
Since I'm a bloody beginner, I tried to crop on the single image canvas, therefore neither image->crop nor transformj->crop worked. Now it worked with cropping on the LayerSet Stack

Thanks for your effort.
